New Castle County Volunteer Firefighter's Association

On Tuesday, December 10, the Presidents and Chiefs of New Castle County Fire companies met at the Claymont Fire Company with the New Castle County Fire Service Leadership Committee. 

 

The Leadership Committee reviewed the Budget Request submitted to New Castle County Government for FY26 and then facilitated a discussion on the fire service efforts going forward as a result of the recent report by FACETS Consulting concerning the future of fire service funding needs and sustainability of growing fire and EMS service levels.
