Annual NCC Fire Police Association Installation Banquet

On Monday, December 9th, the Belvedere Fire Company hosted the Annual NCC Fire Police Association Installation Banquet. The Ladies Auxiliary of the Belvedere Fire Company served a delicious meal.
President Paige Seppanen called the meeting to order. After the delicous meal served but the Belvedere Ladies Auxilary, President Sepanen delivered his year end speech. President Seppanen then presented the following awards:
Lieutenat Patrick Maline [Ret] presented the New Castle County Police Departments Fire Police of the Year to Dennis Layton of the Delaware City Fire Company.
Mike Rush presented the Helen V. Rush Humanitarian Award to Richard Morris of the Belvedere Fire Company.
President Seppenan presented the Cheryl A. Kelly Memorial Award to Jim Holmes of the Brandywine Hundred Fire Company.
President Seppanen presented an Appreciation Award to Lieutenant Patrick Malone [Ret] of the New Castle County Police Department for his many years of support to the Association.
President Seppanen presented Life Memberships to Jasper Lakey of Delaware City and Jerry Aide of the Townsend Fire Companies.
Installation of Officers was conducted by State Representative Franklin Cooke who installed the following:
President James Williams of the Belvedere Fire Company
1st Vice President Tom Connelly of the Townsend Fire Company
2nd Vice President Don Eastburn of the Cranston Heights Fire Company
Secretary Joe Facciolo of the Elsmere Fire Company
Assistant Secretary Thomas Santabarbara Sr. of the Elsmere Fire Company
Treasurer Rolland Griner of the Elsemere Fire Company
