Carol is currently a member Minquadale Fire Company. In the past, She has held the positions of President.
Carol was a Life Member of the Minquadale Ladies Auxiliary. During her 50 years of membership, she served as auxiliary president, was named “Member of the Year,” and held many other offices. She also served as President of the New Castle County Ladies Auxiliary (1999-2000) and chaired many committees for the State of Delaware Ladies Auxiliary. Other civic involvement included working with the Board of Elections for many years. Carol is buried in Gracelawn Memorial Park, New Castle.
