Mr. William Fraser, Past President of the Aetna Hose, Hook & Ladder Fire Company, age 94, marches in the Annual DVFA Parade on Saturday, September 17, 2011. Mr. Fraser is the oldest living member of the Aetna Hose, Hook & Ladder Fire Company currently serving his 73rd year with the Fire Company. Mr. Fraser receieved a Special Judges Award for his participation in this years parade.
